How to request a print
- After you have checked all your files; - Go to the following URL: https://eraurpl.freshdesk.com
- Click “New Support Ticket”
- Fill out all the appropriate information
- A print request has been submitted, check your email for status updates
Once your request has been reviewed, a Lab Technician will contact you via email regarding the following:
• Changes that need to be made to the file (will refer to guideline section)
• Possible meeting times if necessary
• Next steps to have your model approved if it is over the cost threshold
• Estimated delivery date of your finished parts, material cost, and printer run time
